What this page covers
This page explains how Conroe Exterminator handles information when you visit conroeexterminator.com or call us about service. It applies to this website and to the information you share with us by phone.
What this site collects
This site has no forms, no accounts and no logins, so it does not ask you to type in personal information. It does not use analytics, advertising pixels or tracking cookies.
Like any website, our hosting server keeps standard technical logs, such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time, for security and troubleshooting. These logs are not used to identify individual visitors for marketing.
Services loaded from other companies
The site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google's servers when a page opens. The service map does not load until you click the button to view it; once you do, the map is provided by Google Maps and Google's own privacy policy applies to that interaction.
Clicking a phone number opens your device's dialer. The call is then handled by your phone carrier and our phone service.
Information you share when you call
When you call, we may record your name, phone number, service address, the problem you describe and the details needed to schedule and complete the work. We use that information to answer your questions, quote, schedule, perform and follow up on service, and keep service records such as treatment notes and inspection reports.
How information is shared
We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only with the people and providers needed to complete the service you asked for, such as our phone and scheduling systems, or when the law requires it. Terms that apply to calls are described in our Terms.
How long we keep it
Service records are kept as long as they are useful for your account, warranties or follow-up visits, and as long as records rules require. Server logs are kept for a limited period and then deleted.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Call the number on this site and we will help.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this page
If our practices change, we will update this page and the date at the top. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
