Scheduling and service
Arrival times are estimates and can change with weather, traffic and emergencies. Some treatments require preparation, such as clearing cabinets or bagging laundry, and we will tell you what is needed before the visit. Results depend in part on following the preparation and aftercare guidance we provide.
Phone contact and consent
When you call us, you agree that we may contact you back at the number you called from or the number you give us, by phone call or text, about the service you asked about, including scheduling, reminders, follow-up and service records. We will not use that number for unrelated marketing without your permission. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time, except for messages needed to complete work you have scheduled.
Call recording
Where the law allows and where it is disclosed at the start of the call, calls may be recorded for quality, training and record-keeping. If you prefer a call not be recorded, say so when the call begins.
Call transfers when our schedule is full
Conroe Exterminator performs its own service work with its own technicians. During peak demand, after-hours emergencies or when our schedule is full, a call may be transferred or forwarded to another trusted local provider so that you can still get help quickly.
If that happens, we will tell you before the transfer. The provider you are connected with sets its own availability, pricing and terms, and any work it performs is between you and that provider. We recommend confirming any provider's credentials and insurance before work begins.
Links and outside services
This site may link to or load content from outside services, such as Google Maps when you choose to load the map. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those services.
Limitation of liability
